29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) On or about March 5, 2024, at Plantation Beach Club at South Sea Island Resort, located at 5400 Plantation Road, Captiva, FL, at or near Plantation Beach Club buildings 1009 - 1026, the employer exposed employees working from a supported scaffold to fall hazards in that base plates and mud sills were not installed.
