29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Molding station #1 - On or about March 19, 2024 - the employer did not require utilization of a hazardous energy control procedure for the maintenance of a Husky Hylectric 300 RS80/70, Machine Item #2301070, thereby exposing employees to caught in and crushing hazards. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
