29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about 02/26/2024, at 5007 Starboard Street, Suite 7, Christiansted, VI 00820 - Pro Solar Office and Warehouse, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked with pallets of Tesla Batteries, spools of electrical wire, and other miscellaneous items, exposing employees to fire hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c).
