29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents. a) On or about and at times prior to February 21, 2024, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees using framing nailers and other tools when roofing did not use eye protection (safety glasses) exposing employees to eye hazards from flying particles and objects.
