29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 2009 Edition Revision No. 1 and No. 2 Dated May 2012: a) East 8th Street & N. Church St., Wilmington, DE 19801(Intersection): On or about February 5, 2024, employees worked as flaggers to start and stop traffic while facilitating the construction onsite without the use of a stop/slow paddle and without using proper flagging procedures to direct motorists.
