29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(i): Vertical lifelines were not fastened to a fixed safe point of anchorage, independent of the scaffold, and protected from sharp edges and abrasion. a) 859 Communipaw Ave., Jersey City, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees working from Werner pump jack scaffolds, at approximately 42 feet, had vertical lines fastened to fixed, safe anchorage points independent of the scaffold. Employees installing EFIS to the building exterior attached to lifelines that were attached to the scaffold anchor brackets at the top of the scaffold poles. Violation occurred on or about 02/02/2024
