29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): At the worksite located at 1315 North 2nd Street Clinton, MO: On or prior to January 29, 2024, employees were exposed to respiratory, atmospheric, amputation, caught by, and struck by, and engulfment hazards. Employees were engaging in job tasks and activities which had not been assessed by the employer for likely hazards and the use of PPE.
