29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(C):The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the specific make, model, style and size of respirator tested. Location: Worksite On or about January 30, 2024, an employee was exposed to asbestos hazards where the employer did not ensure that the fit-test record included the make, model, style, and size of the respirator that the employee was fit-tested on, to ensure that the same make, model, style, and size would be worn by the employee.
