29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence. a). Morral Companies, LLC on or about January 18, 2024, at the location of 132 Postle Avenue Morral, OH 43337: The employer did not ensure established lockout procedures were followed in sequence to adequate to protect employees from potentially hazardous energy when performing service and maintenance task. Due to this condition, employee tasked with cleaning or clearing broken bags of fertilizer from the "East Robot" were exposed to struck by and caught in hazards.
