29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lamp holder with a guard. On or about January 18, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees worked in Bays 1 and 3 pit areas with fluorescent light fixtures that did not have a protective guard covering the bulb.
