29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): General Environmental Controls - Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. Shell Investing Room / Second Section Interlocked Barrier Guard: On or about January 17, 2024, the Employer did not develop, document, and/or utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy for Employees when conducting routine service, repair, and/or adjustments on the Mixing Slurry Drum operating in concert with the IRB 6710 Articulated Robot (ABB Robotics).
