29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about 1/4/2024 and at times prior, at Building #88, 107 Spring Lake Court, Vero Beach, Florida 32962, employees were exposed to a 7-foot fall hazard while performing concrete restoration work from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked.
