29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: a) Hiossen Inc. - 401 Plymouth Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA - On or about February 17, 2024, Dental Implant Sales Reps were assisting with clean-up of cotton/gauze, needles, and dental instruments contaminated with human blood after providing guidance to dentists during live dental implant surgeries. The employer did not make Hepatitis B vaccinations available to all employee(s) with occupational exposure within 10 working days of initial assignment. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
