29 CFR 1926.651(j)(2):Employees were not protected from excavated or other materials or equipment that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling into excavations, or by a combination of both if necessary. On or about December 5, 2023, at or near Tamina Road and FM 2978, Magnolia, Texas, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when working in an excavation without all materials being kept at least two feet from the edge of the excavation.
