29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: On or about November 28, 2023, in the LP gas service area, employees handling LP gas used for forklifts were exposed to fire hazards in that: a) Employer did not have documentation of required employee propane servicing certifications as stated in section 4.4. c) The propane servicing hose inspection had not been completed in accordance with section 7.2.4.1.
