Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about November 21, 2023, at 7380 W. 20th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards while manually moving an unstable piece of glass from the unsecured stack of glass remains.
