29 CFR 1926.1427(c)(1): Licensing. When a state or local government issues operator licenses for equipment covered under subpart CC, and that government licensing program meets the requirements of 1926.1427(c)(1)(i), the employer did not ensure the equipment operator was licensed by that government entity for operation of equipment within that entity's jurisdiction. Jobsite near Structure 266L: On or about November 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the crane operator lifting two employees in a man-basket was licensed to operate cranes in the State of Connecticut.
