29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Powder Plant Howell Blender; On or about November 7, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical, struck-by, and caught-in hazards, in that employer had not developed a procedure for the control of potentially hazardous energy for employees who perform cleaning of the blender.
