29 CFR 1926.651(d): Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic were not wearing warning vests provided by the employer. On or about November 11, 2023, employees worked in excavation approximately five (5) feet from a heavily trafficked 4-lane road without a high visibility traffic vest.
