LOCATION: The Derrick Floor above the bus depot at 245 Sumner St. On or about October 27th The employer did not ensure that materials being hoisted were rigged to prevent unintentional displacement and caused two of their employees to suffer injuries related to them falling and being struck by the dislodged trusses.
