29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Facility: 129 Morton Ave. Woonsocket, RI: On or about 10/25/2023, during commercial roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided fall hazard training. The roof height was approximately 16.7 feet, and the roof slope was approximately 0.5/12.
