29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. Location - 55 Dragon Court, Woburn, MA: On or about 10/25/23, a machine operator and helper were not trained as authorized with Lockout/Tagout to change dies on a press brake. The Boyd Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1579128 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4700 Stalwart Drive, Fairburn, GA.
