29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from falls. This was most recently documented on October 23, 2023 at 16201 Ida Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to protect multiple employees from fall hazards when performing framing construction work at a height greater than 6 feet. Quiroz Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630202, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 11877 Ball Parkway, Papillion, Nebraska 68046.
