Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: (a) On or about October 16, 2023, employees walking and working within the main compressor building at the Danville Compressor Station were exposed to a tripping hazard in that a pipe was found sticking out of the ground approximately 8 inches at the southeast corner of compressor 1 within the egress leading to the exit on the east wall.
