29 CFR 1910.141(g)(4): Food or beverages were stored in area(s) exposed to toxic material(s): a) Container Painting Area - On or about 1/30/24, employees kept bottles of juice and drinking water within the painting area and stored them on top of 5-gallon buckets of paint. All items in the spray area are exposed to overspray from the painting operation. The paint contains glycol ether (2-butoxyethanol), sec-butyl alcohol, and methyl alcohol all toxic materials if ingested. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
