29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce exposures to or below the permissible exposure limit, solely by means of engineering and work practice controls: a) In the Welding and Fab Shop, on or about October 17, 2023 - A Machine Operator was exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit while cutting stainless steel with the Bodor Laser which resuspended previously settled particulate containing lead from cutting honeycombs coated with tin lead solder on the Bodor Laser. The employer did not establish a written compliance program to reduce the Machine Operator's exposure to lead to or below the permissible exposure limit.
