29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(ii): Before each tree is felled, conditions such as, but not limited to, snow and ice accumulation, the wind, the lean of tree, dead limbs, and the location of other trees, was not evaluated by the feller and precautions taken so a hazard is not created for an employee. On or about September 19, 2023, employees were engaged in tree felling where factors such as, but not limited to the location of other trees exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
