29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 09/19/2023, at a worksite located at t 150 Anastacia Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida, the employer did not ensure that employees utilize the required fall protection equipment when an employee was working from a mobile boom truck, thus exposing the employee to a 15-foot fall hazard.
