29 CFR 1910.303(h)(3): Energized parts of electric equipment rated over 600 volts, nominal, were exposed and the minimum clear work space was less than 3 feet wide (measured parallel to the equipment): On or about September 15, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the working space in between electrical switchboard panel and storage shelf for materials and chemicals was less than 3 feet. This condition exposed employees to burn and fire hazard in case of emergency.
