29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) American Legion Ambulance Association of Elmer: On or about 9/8/23 the employer did not provide Bloodborne Pathogens training to employees with occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious material who were required to treat patients involved in medical emergencies, such as, but not limited to vehicle accidents or industrial accidents. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
