29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction. On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, products used in spray operations were kept directly adjacent to the spray booth within 3 feet, preventing accessibility for cleaning, and exposing employees to fire and combustible hazards.
