29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them. On or about August 21, 2023, and times prior thereto, maintenance employees working throughout the Greenline apartment complex were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting maintenance activities on and near energized 240 VAC air conditioning electrical disconnects without being de-energized.
