29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level. a) Rear emergency exit door in warehouse: Rear warehouse exit route was blocked with racks and boxes at the time of the inspection. Condition noted on 08/17/2023. b) first aisle near loading dock: Aisle leading to rear emergency exit and main warehouse emergency exit was blocked with two pallets of product that was approximately 4ft high and 4ft. 3inches wide. Condition noted on 08/17/2023. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE INSPECTION CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT. CERTIFICATION.OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY CFR 1903.19.
