29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: a) On or about August 4, 2023, at 2600 Eisenhower Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, South Cross Screw area, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards, in that the onsite employer and the outside employer did not review and coordinate in advance the lockout or tagout procedures and the methods for lock removal, power reconnection, and controlled rotation of the unguarded screw.
