29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(vii): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment was not determined by classification by type, size, voltage, current capacity, and specific use: a) 3501 Governor Printz Blvd (Lower Warehouse): On or about August 3, 2023, and days prior, employees were exposed to 277/480 V electrical equipment that was not properly marked with a classification, size, voltage, current capacity, or arc flash rating.
