29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about July 13, 2023, at 140 North West Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502, the employer failed to ensure employees performing tasks such as, but not limited to, repairing cranes power cords were protected in that an arc flash occurred while the equipment was re-energized and the equipment was not repaired equal to the original manufacturer specifications.
