29 CFR 1910.147(c)(8): Energy isolation. Lockout or tagout shall be performed only by the authorized employees who are performing the servicing or maintenance: Employees engaged in equipment servicing and maintenance activities at Kinney Manufacturing, LLC doing business as IntoMetal located at 3340 North 33rd Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards in that the employer failed to ensure lockout/tagout was performed by authorized employees. Instances included but were not limited to: i. Doosan M6 Mill ii. Powder Coat Oven
