29 CFR 1910.269(a)(3)(iii): The contract employer and the host employer did not coordinate their work rules and procedures so that each employee of the contract employer and the host employer was protected as required by this section: a) On or about July 13, 2023, and at times prior, LND Technical Services, LLC, as a contract employer, did not coordinate or communicate by any means, site-specific, electrical safety work rules and procedures regarding high-voltage testing and maintenance activities in Substation 2, with the host employer, ENSCO, Inc. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
