29 CFR 1910.157(g)(3): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of the appropriate equipment: a) Maintenance Shop - On and prior to July 18, 2023, employees were not provided hands on practical training on the use fire extinguishers and were required to use such equipment in the event of a fire.
