29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each employee has been trained by a competent person in the following areas, as applicable: On or about June 28, 2023, on site of a residential structure located at 23094 Bel Conto Road in Boca Raton, Florida, employees performing roof work were exposed to a fall hazard when utilizing ladders prior to the employer providing them with training by a competent person for the proper use, set up and hazards associate with ladders.
