29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a) Worksite, 75 Legion Pl., Malverne, NY- Employees were working in close proximity to Bobcat Skid steer operation and vehicular traffic in a public roadway and were not wearing high visibility clothing; on or about 6/19/23. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
