29 CFR 1910.102(a): The employer did not ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders complied with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: (a) 2007 Broadway Ave, Denver, CO: On or around June 14, 2023 and at time prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around an acetylene tank that was not secured.
