29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) This violation occurred on or about June 9, 2023, where employees doing framing work on a single-family residential home were exposed fall hazards to the lower level: JUAN GABRIEL RAMIREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501 (b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1571461 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 3 THAT WAS ISSUED ON JANUARY 10, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2060 BUFFALO HILL DRIVE MESQUITE, TX 75149. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS FEBRUARY 7, 2022.
