29 CFR1926.703(a)(2): Drawings or plans, including all revisions, for the jack layout, formwork (including shoring equipment), working decks, and scaffolds, shall be available at the jobsite. 188 Lafayette Street, New Haven, CT: On or about June 2, 2023, the employer did not ensure the ramp area drawings for the jack layout, formwork, and shoring design were made readily available at the worksite where employees performed tasks such as (but not limited to) concrete work above three levels of shoring and re-shoring.
