29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that it had conducted periodic inspections of the energy control procedure at least annually. a) Truck Yard: On or about May 25, 2023, employees perform various servicing and maintenance activities to include, but not limited to cleaning out behind the blade of the commercial municipal trash truck and a periodic inspection was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented.
