29 CFR 1926.1425(b): While the operator was not moving the suspended load, employees were permitted to be within the fall zone: (a)Northland Concrete and Masonry Company, LLC at 1508 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to May 25, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were restricted from working under a suspended load within the fall zone, hoisted by the 20 Ton Liebherr Tower Crane, Model: 550 HC20. This condition exposed employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
