29 CFR 1926.1425(b): While the operator was not moving a suspended load, employees were permitted to be within the fall zone: (a)Henry Carlson Construction, LLC at 1508 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to May 25, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure while operating the Liebherr 550 HC40, 20-ton tower crane that subcontracted employees were not working in the fall zone of the suspended work platform and form work. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
