29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii):An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance was not being conducted at least once every three years: On 26th, May, 2023 at 7:01 pm, CSHO received an email from the Safety Coordinator/Steward, NPMHU, Local 313, that it was confirmed by the USPS Cata�o powered industrial truck instructor, that an employee from the third shift was observed in the past 14 days of the inspection, operating PIT equipment with the driving/training certificate expired since 5/8/2023. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
