29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times: (a) On or about 5/23/2023, at the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00820. A 125 Cu/Ft Oxygen Welding Gas Cylinder Tank CGA 540 was not stored in a secured area to avoid being struck or damaged, exposing employees to projectile hazards. (b) On or about 5/23/2023, at the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00820. A 40 cu/ft "B" Acetylene Welding Gas Cylinder Tank CGA 520 was not stored in a secured area to avoid being struck or damaged, exposing employees to projectile hazards.
