Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(i): More than 60 gallons of Class II flammable liquids were stored in a storage cabinet: a) Eden, Inc., Warehouse storage area, on or about May 18th, 2023 and times prior thereto: A total quantity of approximately 79.4 gallons of category 2 flammable liquids were stored inside a storage cabinet. The flammable liquids included but were not limited to, UR Clear Precat Self-S 35SH (LFC201G), UR Clear Precat Self-S 20SH (LFC2014) and ACROMAPRO Ultra Pre-Cat primer (#ND5203001). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
